Registration & Tickets

1 / How much are children's tickets?

Children under the age of 18 are free if you do not use the provided babysitting for the classes and main speakers Friday and Saturday.  We want all families to attend and recognize the financial investment of attending a conference, so there is an option to include childcare those times during the conference for $30/child.

2 / If I volunteer, do I get a discount?

We need your help to make this conference great in a variety of ways. However, only volunteers for childcare can purchase a discounted ticket.  After you purchase a childcare volunteer ticket, you will need a background check performed and be approved by your ministry leader.  For all other types of volunteering, send a message through the “Contact Us” form to offer your services.

3 / Can I donate a ticket?

Yes! You can purchase a ticket for donation and help support others experience the ONE Conference.  Use the name "Donation" and then use your last name. Donated tickets and needs will be assessed by the One Conference Planning Team in collaboration with the NW Church Staff.

4 / If I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, please consider transferring your ticket by messaging us with the information or donating the ticket by taking no action.

5 / Will the ONE Conference be live streamed?

The ONE Conference will not be live streamed, but the classes will be recorded and made available for those who have purchased tickets.

6 / What is the discount I should expect from the hotels with special rates for this conference?

We have partnered with nearby hotels: the Cedartree Hotel and Aloft. Follow the links and the discount will be applied for a nightly savings.  There is a $40/night savings for the Cedartree Hotel.

7 / Is there a T-Shirt included?

In order to keep the costs of registration low, a T-Shirt is not included in the registration fee. BUT You can order T-Shirts and other cool swag at our Merch Store.

Volunteers will be given a T-Shirt for their service.

8 / Can I invite family, friends, or acquaintances that don't go to church?

Yes, absolutely! Please have friends and family purchase tickets for the ONE conference. No tickets are needed to attend church service on Sunday.

Child Care & Kids Kingdom

1 / Will there be childcare options at the One Conference?

Yes, childcare for children 12 months through 12 years is available for $30/child, which covers the four sessions during the conference on Friday and Saturday.  Sunday Service childcare is free and will include a spiritual lesson for the children.

2 / Who will be providing childcare?

Childcare will be provided by the professional childcare services of Jovie (https://www.jovie.com/) and qualified volunteers from our churches.

3 / Are the professional childcare personnel background checked?

Yes, all professionals from Jovie will be confirmed background checked.

4 / What is the check in/check out procedure for childcare during the conference?

The procedure will be similar to typical Church Services where a parent will receive a tag with the child and the parent must sign in/sign out the child. To sign out the child, the parent must bring the tag for the corresponding child.

5 / I want to volunteer for Kids Kingdom. How do I get involved?

Thank you for considering! Children's Ministry on Sunday is considered part of the Childcare Volunteer pool and is eligible for a discounted ticket to the conference.  Volunteers will need to pass a background check and will need approval from their ministry leader to serve.

6 / What do I need to bring for my children if they are in Childcare (Special needs etc)?

You will need to bring everything your child needs for the time they are in childcare or children's ministry including any snacks.  Please reach us via the “Contact Us” form to coordinate any special needs.   We hope to send out a waiver form via email prior to the conference (per Jovie's policy) to facilitate a smooth initial check-in for the children.  Please watch for that email in the future.
